Life is Medicine in Sydney

This weekend coming (6th May) I am pleased to announce that I will be presenting at Life is Medicine - a Unimed Living Sydney workshop held in the Eastern Suburbs.

This is a fantastic event - one of 4 held this year. I am co-presenting with Simon Voysey and Stephen Gammack who will be presenting meditiation, yoga and movement. To get a bit of a feel for it check out the videos below.
