MEET

Jean

Many of us feel that there is something wrong with our lives, that we “should” somehow be different from how we are or some improved version of ourselves.

We are sometimes crippled by the convincing lamination of lies that our upbringing and/or past traumatic experiences mean we should be better or different.

The actual magnificence that we are is obscured by this dominant narrative. What a set up to keep us from our power.

Support is important

If you have ever wondered whether you could be living a more meaningful, purposeful and joyful life, with more loving relationships – please read on.

It’s true that our past has impacted us but it does not need to determine who we are today! It definitely does not mean we have to live life behind a façade of protection which is not really working for us and that we find exhausting to maintain.

Getting support to let go of what is in the way of living with joy, authenticity and vitality, with truly nourishing relationships can be so liberating and energising. Deepening the connection and attendance to the innate wisdom of our miraculous human body can guide us to living with greater joy and purpose.

I know this because I have walked this path. I have done my own healing journey from loss, addiction, overwhelm and lack of embodied presence. It is a worthwhile, dare I say essential, journey.

Jean's Work

I work with individuals, couples, families, groups and children both online and in person.

I offer support with feelings of confusion, loss, grief, meaninglessness, physical pain, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, parenting problems, anxiousness, breast cancer support, loneliness, depression or if you just feel that something is missing in your life, then it’s very likely that I can be of help.

I am a clinical member of PACFA and an accredited supervisor, offering group and individual supervision in-person at my Seaforth clinic (Sydney Northern Beaches) and online.

I have a gentle, respectful yet direct approach that allows clients to access their vulnerability without judgment or expectation.
